Announcing A Reduction In FeesIf you are interested in Foreign Trusts, Foreign Corporations, or foreign planning and strategies in general, and you are in a position to take action before August 6, 2007, you will be pleased to note that I am prepared to offer substantial fee reductions for foreign planning prior to that date. For example, my fee for creating a foreign trust/foreign corporation package, is typically, $12,950.00. If you establish such a structure prior to August 6, 2007, the fee will be reduced $1,000.00 to $11,950.00. This fee is for a total and complete package. The complete package includes the creation of a irrevocable foreign trust, domiciled in Liechtenstein, with trustee fees paid for the first year, as well as, the creation of a foreign corporation domiciled in one of a number of jurisdictions, with Director fees also paid for the first year, and more.
