Your Own Personal Estate PlanIf you have significant assets, or plan to, you may be interested in obtaining your own professionally prepared estate plan. For $149.00 Ken Sisco will prepare such a plan, showing you what can be done with your estate, either immediately, or incrementally over a period of years or, if you are young, even decades. The plan is constructed pursuant to your responses in the attached Confidential Estate Planning Questionnaire, along with any trusts, wills, pensions, insurance policies, etc., and your two most recent state and federal tax returns. All these items are analyzed in view of your overall objectives and how you want your family and loved ones taken care of. Unless you are particularly shrewd and already well prepared with respect to your estate, you will be given recommendations for saving yourself and loved ones from a great deal of grief down the road, as well as, numerous tips for tax savings, all of which is worth many times the cost of this evaluation. Having the plan prepared creates no further obligation to you. You may take the plan and do nothing, or have another attorney or accountant implement the plan for you. On the other hand, in the event you choose to go forward with the implementation of an Estate and/or Asset Protection Plan, you will receive a full credit for the $149.00 retainer against services provided in implementing the plan. Further, absolute privacy is guaranteed. Upon completion of the plan, all documents submitted, including the Questionnaire, and the plan will be returned to you, and no file will be retained unless specifically requested. If you would like such a plan, please provide me with the questionnaire, all relevant documents, a signed copy of the attached retainer letter, and your check in the amount of $149.00.
