Re: Estate and Asset Protection Plan
Dear Mr. Sisco:
Enclosed please find my check in the amount of $149.00, together with my completed, Confidential Estate and Asset Protection Plan Questionnaire, as well as, additional documents that will be helpful to you. It is my understanding that, based on the information provided, you will prepare a written Estate and Asset Protection Plan, outlining your recommendations as to how I can best protect the property that I own, reduce estate and income taxes, and plan for the orderly distribution of my property upon my death.
I further understand that I have no further obligation to you, but in the event I choose to go forward with the implementation of an Estate and/or Asset Protection Plan, I will receive a full credit for my $149.00 retainer against future services.
You understand and appreciate my desire for absolute privacy, and
therefore upon completion of my plan, you will return to me all
documents submitted to you, including the Questionnaire, and you will
not retain any file on me, unless specifically requested to do so.
